Who can use Clinic to Door?
Clinic to Door can be used by busy individuals and people with chronic diseases who desire the convenience of getting a comprehensive health screening on-demand, in the comfort of home or work.
How does it work?
Clinic to Door has a network of clinicians in a particular geographic area. When an appointment is booked, Clinic to Door looks for clinicians that are available in your booking area and sends one to your home or place of work. It’s like Uber for healthcare.
What services are provided?
Our standard $100 health screen includes the following: 1.Heart Rate, 2.Blood Pressure, 3.Temperature, 4.Blood Oxygen, 5.Height, 6.Weight, 7.BMI, 8.Vitals Risk Index, 9.Heart Sound, 10.ECG, 11.Cardiac Performance Index, 12.Lung Performance Test, 13.Blood Glucose, Cholesterol Lipid Panel with a finger prick (14.Total Cholesterol, 15.HDL, 16.LDL, 17.Triglycerides, 18.Chol/HDL ratio, 19.LDL/HDL ratio, 20.Non-HDL cholesterol), Urinalysis (21.Specific Gravity, pH, 22.Urobilinogen, 23.Ketones, 24.Glucose, 25.Nitrites, 26.Leukocytes, 27.Blood, 28.Bilirubin.
With a finger prick, we also check for Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA), Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), Creatinine, High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP), Testosterone, Cortisol, A1C, Vitamin D.
We also provide flu shots test for strep and influenza.
Does my health insurance cover the health screening?
Clinic to Door’s comprehensive health screen is currently out of pocket. We are working with a number health insurance companies to cover our procedures.
How soon can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment 90 minutes prior to the actual appointment date/time.
How far in advance can I book an appointment?
There is no rule for how far in advance you can book an appointment. An appointment can be booked whenever there is a clinician available for a particular time period.
What if I have questions about my exam?
You can contact the visiting clinician if you have any questions about your exam.
Can I send results to my doctor?
Absolutely! Clinic to Door provides you with a comprehensive pdf report of all the exam results, which can be emailed to your doctor.
Can Clinic to Door come to my home or office?
Clinic to Door comes to your house or place of work.

Mon. - Fri., 8am to 6pm, Sat., 9am to 4pm
Do you do child or pediatric appointments?
Child and pediatric appointments will be available in early June 2016.
